Shavkapito is an indigenous grape variety of the Kartli region, primarily cultivated in Kartli and Samachablo. The wine has a deep ruby color and is rich in berry fruit aromas. On the palate, it reveals notes of ripe plum, cherry, and damson. It features balanced, well-defined tannins. Aged in French oak barrels for 9 months, with additional aging continuing in bottles. Storage conditions: up to 5–20°C.
